Refunds

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

• All tags must be intact, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. London Sneaks Ltd does not reimburse return postage.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer to swap your item for another size or style, we’ve got you covered.
Exchanges are accepted within the same 14-day window following delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

• Items must be in original, unworn condition, with all tags attached.

• As with refunds, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Once your return is received and approved, your exchange will be processed promptly.

Cancellations

We work hard to process orders quickly – often within one hour of receiving them. Because of this, cancellations are not always possible once your order has been placed.

If you need to cancel:

• Contact us immediately at support@londonsneak.com or via Instagram @londonsneakplug.

• If your order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible.

Please note: All cancelled orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, in accordance with our payment merchant’s policies.
